A trainer can create a goal-oriented programme for you taking into account all your preferences and medical history to make sure you are safe along the journey.

Just like with in-person training, I will gather all the information I need to design a tailor-made programme for You to reach the goal.
I'll deliver the program through an app where I provide You with video tutorials and written clarifications on the prescribed exercises. The app's direct- messaging function enables us to keep up communication and allows me to motivate and check on you to keep you on track. To make sure you get all the opportunity to ask and complain, I make myself available via email and video calls on a regular basis for you.

Food and drink are sources of energy to the body, but they are also a source of happiness, a social affair, a cultural identity. They should never be demonised or controlled without due flexibility and I intend to show you your plate in its complexity and glory and how to enjoy it.
As your advisor, after gathering all the information that enables me to estimate your needs, I will prepare your meal plan in accordance with your preferences. This plan will be delivered to you through the same app as your exercises.
And before you think you have to go on cooking courses, I am also a busy person with two picky kid on hand, so my motto is more fantasy than time in the kitchen!

As a Wellness Coach, I am focusing on helping You to achieve your goals around your health, fitness and wellbeing.
We all have our dreams about how would be our life perfect but it is not easy to achieve those dreams. Putting together an action plan, breaking down the big dream into smaller but achievable goals can take you all the way where you feel complete. Sometimes it gets even more complicated since as we progress in our life our priorities will change and this change can cause conflict in us. However, if you have identified your core values during goal setting it will be much easier to finetune your steps and to keep you on balance where you can say you are happy and satisfied most of the time.
Coaching can help you see your directions and motivate you to establish good habits in your life to support you on this journey. I am helping you on this adventure by guiding you to phrase your goals, identify your direction. But my role also includes keeping you on the ground and give you an unbiased view on what is possible, which direction is forward. What is really important to me is to teach you how to analyse situations to be able to decide if one thing- big or small- is taking you i the direction you want to go.
