A trainer can create a goal-oriented programme for you taking into account all your preferences and medical history to make sure you are safe along the journey.

A personalised programme created by your trainer also helps you by delivering variety to help you to overcome boredom and it constantly adapts to ensure you get the results you are after in the safest, most sustainable way.

Staying on track can be hard with any programme, thus it is a great opportunity to have someone by your side to keep you accountable and get the extra motivation from. Your trainer is familiar with your challenges and motivators, hence a perfect aid at your side.

Just like with in-person training, I will gather all the information I need to design a tailor-made programme for You to reach the goal.

I'll deliver the program through an app where I provide You with video tutorials and written clarifications on the prescribed exercises. The app's direct- messaging function enables us to keep up communication and allows me to motivate and check on you to keep you on track. To make sure you get all the opportunity to aks and complain, I make myself available via email and video-calls on a regular basis for you.

And why would this be so great for you? Because you can train wherever and whenever you want, no need to schedule every single session with me. You will get a personalised programme and full support from me. It is a simple, cost-effective and stressfree way to achieve your goal.

Nutrition

A nutritionist is an expert in the field of food and nutrition, who can advise You what, when and how to eat in order to achieve your goal.

A personalised programme created by your nutritionist also helps you by delivering variety and it constantly adapts to ensure you get the results you are after in the safest, most sustainable way.

Food and drink are sources of energy to the body, but they are also a source of happiness, a social affair, a cultural identity. They should never be demonised or controlled without due flexibility and I intend to show you your plate in its complexity and glory and how to enjoy it.

As your advisor, after gathering all the information that enables me to estimate your needs, I will prepare your meal plan in accordance with your preferences. This plan will be delivered to you through the same app as your exercises.

And before you think you have to go on cooking-courses, I am also a busy person with two picky kid on hand, so my motto is more fantasy than time in the kitchen!

Life coaching is about analysing and closing the gap between reality and dreams. It is a process that focuses on the discovery of your goals and is based on an approach that involves planning and action in several spheres of your life.

 

It is a process, where a life coach helps You to dig beneath the surface of your thoughts and beliefs and helps you understand internal obstacles to your success and wellbeing.

 

Life coaching is an alternative path to find out what holds you back from achieving your goal. It is focusing on the future by creating an action plan, a programme that helps you to get to your goal step by step.

Functional Training & HITT
